摘要
用大面积品种扬麦158与优质品种安农9192、Karl组配杂交组合,在其F2代随机选株和按SDS沉降值选择优株分别与扬麦158回交,通过对其后代群体产量和品质性状的比较说明:杂交早代用SDS沉降值选择优株再与农艺亲本回交可显著改善后代群体的产量和品质。这一方法提高产量的作用主要来源于与农艺亲本的回交,而改善品质的作用主要来源于对品质的选择。
Two crosses of high yielding cultivar Yangmail 158 with good quality cultivars Annong 9192 and Karl were made,and the backcrossed populations of both randomly selected F 2 plants and high SDS sedimentation volume F 2 plants crossed with Yangmai 158 were established and their yield and quality investigated.The results showed that selection according to high SDS sedimentation volume in early generations and backcrossing with high yield parent can enable bread wheat's yield and quality to be improved significantly.
