摘要 运用因果连锁链,对上海市部分塔机事故案例进行了调查与分析,找到事故原因,建立了塔机施工的风险分类,并对各种风险进行特征描述和发生频率统计,用因果分析图对导致塔机事故发生的各种风险因素进行归纳、分析。 Tower cranes are widely used for construction in China.More efforts should be input to identify and manage risk factors related to tower cranes.This paper presents the results of a study that identify the major factors affecting safety in tower crane environment through a thorough investigation and analysis of real world construction cases,using incident causation model.The risk factors have been identified and classified with an analysis of their features and consequence in this study.Then the probability of each risk factor is calculated based on the objective of actual observations,which are shown in a fish bone chart.
