摘要
在西方哲学史上,休谟首先把事实与价值加以区分,提出了著名的"是——应该"问题。这个问题对他以后的道德哲学以至当代西方伦理学都产生了重大的影响。儿童教育伦理也不可避免地受到了这一影响,产生了"是"与"应该"的分离,从而引起人们对"教育追求德性"的意义性质疑。实际上,在教育伦理中,"是"与"应该"是可通约的,追求德性是儿童教育的应有之义。
In the history of Western philosophy, Hume was the first to distinguish between fact and value and put forward the famous problem about the relationship between to be and ought to be. The issue has had a major impact on moral philosophy as well as the contemporary West ethics. In fact, the relationship between to be and ought to be is indivisible and the pursuit of virtue is the original meaning of children's education.
