摘要
在传统的管理类课堂教学中，存在重概念、轻实践，重理论体系、轻方法策略，重教师传授、轻学生参与等现象。本文针对培养高校创新型人才为目标，在管理类课程教学改革中导入“走动式管理”的教学理念，探讨传统型授课模式和走动管理型授课模式的区别，倡导具有走动式管理理念的交互式教学观，鼓励教师从学生中来到学生中去，把握学生的学习接受程度，进一步深化教学改革。
Management by Walking Around is a good way in enterprise management, but nowadays, in class, teacher also can use this way for teaching. ＂Management by Walking Around＂ is not only for the workers but also for the students. It encouraged teacher come to the students, let what they think and accept, or let the students come into the rostrum, show their ability, give them chance to talk and show themselves.
