摘要
研制了一种光纤Bragg光栅滤波器。该滤波器采用紫外激光直写技术,可在掺锗单模光纤上获得高反射率(99%)、窄带宽(0.6nm)和低插入损耗(1.4dB)。实验结果表明,有良好的重复性。
By ultra violet(UV) direct writing technique,fiber Bragg grating filters in Ge doped single mode fibers are obtained with central reflectivity of 99%,band pass of 0 6 nm and insertion loss of 1 4 dB.The experiment results have good reproducibility.
