摘要
以保护、尊重民众知情权,推动明星运动员信息公开,促进和谐社会建设为目的。采用文献资料法,对2008年奥运会,"刘翔"因伤退赛引发的风波进行分析。追溯了信息化时代,我国明星运动员信息公开的现状,分析了保密、保守观念、政治因素、商业利益、团队行为对明星运动员信息公开的影响;论述了政府电子信息公开背景下,明星运动员信息公开的意义。提出:设立信息公开机构、制定信息公开原则、确立信息公开内容、选择信息公开形式,是我国明星运动员信息公开制度构建的基本框架。
This paper has analyzed the event of Liu Xiang＇s withdrawing from the competition in the 2008 Olympics.It emphasizes the right of citizens to know the informations about sport stars and the publicization of such informations,with the aim of promoting the construction of a harmonious society.It introduces the present situation of the publicization of the informations about sport stars and analyzes such relative factors as protection of secrets,conservative concepts,political reasons,commercial benefits and collective benefits.It illustrates the meanings of the publicization of the informations about sport stars and proposes the basic structure for the system of the publicization of the informations about sport stars,which includes the establishment of the publicizing agency,the formulation of publicizing principles,the specification of publicizing contents and the provision of publicizing ways.
