海洋放线菌QD08-1抗肿瘤成分研究

摘要 采用活性追踪的方法,经硅胶柱色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20、制备液相从其活性组分中分离得到4个异黄酮类化合物。根据化合物的光谱特征和理化性质,结合文献,分别鉴定为genistein(1)、daidzein(2)、4’?methoxy-6,7-di-hydroxy-isoflavones(3)和4-’hydroxyinflavone(4),其中化合物3和4为首次从海洋放线菌中分离得到。抗肿瘤活性评价表明,4个化合物均显示弱的细胞毒活性。 To explore metabolites with antitumor activities in the fermentation of a marine actinomycete,strain QD08-1,bioactive fractions were studied by bioassay-guided.Four isoflavones were isolated by repeated chromatography over silica gel,sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC.By means of physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis,they were identified as genistein(1),daidzein(2),4'-methoxy-6,7-dihydroxyisoflavones(3) and 4'-hydroxyinflavone(4),respectively.However,these four compounds exhibited only weak cytotoxicites against the P388 cell line by the sulforhodamine B method.
