摘要
本文通过Z向断口与Y向断口的对比及Z向断口与ψ_2值的对比,论证了Z向断口既像ψ_2那样较能真实揭示钢中含有非金属夹杂物的程度,又像Y向断口那样制作简单、易行,是一种较先进的试验方法。为了论证Z向断口与ψ_2值两者之间有良好对应关系,又通过低倍、光镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析,表明了夹杂物的类型、大小和分布密集程度,对两者都有相应的影响。
By means of comparing z-axis fractures with Y-axis fractures, and Z-axis fractures with values ψ_2, this paper demonstrates that the Z-axis fractures are a advanced test method, because Z-axis fractures can truly reveal the level of inclusions in metals as can ψ_2, Which is complecated in technology and specimen maching; and can be easily machined in specimen, as can Y-axis fractures, which can't fully reveal inclusions in metal.By means of low power microscopy, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, spectral analysis, for demonstration of good correspondency between Z-axis fractures and values ψ_2, it is revealed, that sorts, sizes and scatterance of inclusions inclusions influence both of them accordingly.
