摘要
本文给出了一种利用计算机进行铸钢齿轮(齿圈)胃口设计计算的方法,它既能计算出所设计冒口的全部参数,也能计算出铸件重量,工艺出品率,延续度等,同时又能把结果打印出来,这种方法修改方便,结果精确,速度快效率高,解决了过去手工计算繁琐复杂和不精确的问题。
A method is describlcd in this paper that riscrless design calculation of cast steel gear and wheel ring is accomplished by computer program This method can calculates both all parameters of the risers to design and casting weight, casting yield etc. In the meanwhile, the calculated results is printed on a paper Because the method has many advantages, for example, modifying easy, the results with accuracy, timesaving and efficient, the problems that珂 calculation is more complex and is not accurate by hand have been solved by the method.
