摘要
摘 要：目的 探讨采用人工股骨头置换联合股骨转子重建治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎骨折的临床效果.方法 本组22例,其中男9例,女13例;年龄76～95岁,平均83岁.骨折按Evans分型：Ⅲ型8例,Ⅳ型14例.均采用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换联合股骨转子重建术.结果 全部患者手术均顺利,术后随访6～24个月,平均14个月.关节无松动、脱位,髋关节功能良好.结论 人工股骨头置换联合股骨转子重建术是高龄股骨粗隆间骨折理想的治疗方法.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of artificial femoral head replacement and femoral trochanteric recon- struction in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly patients. Methods Twenty-two patients were chosen （ 9 male 13 female,age range 76- 95 years old,average 83 years ）. According to the Evans typing,8 patients were type Ⅲ fractures,14 type Ⅳ. Artificial femoral head replacement combined with femoral trochanterie reconstruction was done on 22 patients with communited intertrochanteric fractures. Results All the operations were successfully done. All patients were followed up for 6 - 24 months （ average 14 months ）. There was no joint loosening and dislocation. The function of the hip was good. Condusion Replacement of artificial femoral head combining with recon- struction of femoral trochanters was a good method for the elderly patients with communited femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
