摘要
学生干部是高校学生工作的基础,是联系老师和同学的纽带。但由于教育管理上的漏洞和实际工作中的矛盾冲突,一些学生干部出现了"学生"与"干部"角色错位及"干部"与"服务者"、"执行者"之间的角色内冲突,使其难以成功实现在学习、生活和工作中的角色转换。有鉴于此,笔者认为要矫正和解决上述角色的错位、冲突,就必须转变观念,完成学生干部由"管理型"向"服务型"、由"部门型"向"全局型"、由"守旧型"向"创新型"、由"片面型"向"全面型"的转变,使其更好地发挥学生干部的作用。
Student leaders are the basis for the work of students as a link between teachers and students.However,due to the flaws in the educational management and the contradiction in their actual work,some cadres have confused their roles between "student" and "leader" with conflicts between "leader" and "servant" or "executor",making it difficult for them to successfully complete their role changes in their study,life and work.It is proposed to change their perceptions so as to adjust and settle the above misunderstandings and conflicts of their roles.They are expected to play better roles as student leaders after they alter their styles from "management-oriention" to "service-oriention",from "sector to overall",from "conservation to innovation" and from "one-side thinking" to "thinking as a whole".
