摘要
集中研究了锰铁矿渣的活性评价及其活性来源。高炉锰铁矿渣的活性与其化学组成、玻璃体含量、新生成的晶体完整程度及细度有关。用化学分析法、强度试验法和结构分析法进行综合评定,锰铁矿渣的活性主要来源于以玻璃体为主(90%以上)的结构和新生成的具有缺陷的晶体颗粒。
It focuses on the activity evaluation and the analysis of activity source of ferromanganese slag.The activity of blast furnace ferromanganese slag has relationship with its chemical composition,the content of vitreous body,the complete degree of new generated crystals and fineness.Using chemical analysis method,strength testing method and structural analysis method for integrated assessment,it can be seen from the X-ray and SEM figure that the activity of ferromanganese slag mainly originates from the vitreous body structure(over 90%) and the new generated crystal particles with defect.
