文化是一套价值观,是一个民族的天性,也是一个企业的信念和追求。论文透过对矿业企业经济、社会和文化特征的剖析,立足矿业企业实际,从企业应承担的社会责任出发,提出矿业企业文化建设的基本思路,供矿业投资人、经营者参考。
