摘要
本文主要针对我国探矿权转让市场中存在的主要问题,即法律规定上比较模糊的地方,对现实中探矿权转让的性质如何确定,以及对合资合作、股权转让、租赁、股权转让和抵押等是否构成法律上的转让进行探讨。
This paper analyses the legal issues of transferring patterns of exploration right,for the transferring patterns of exploration right is often difficult to be defined clearly and accurately.Furthermore,this paper analyses the transferring patterns of the right such as joint ventures and cooperation,lease,transfer of shares and credit.
