摘要
研制成功一种水晶温度传感器。它采用ZYTW120°/8.5°新切型,弯曲振动模式工作。封装尺寸是Φ3mm×8mm。测温范围宽-55~260℃,准确度高(≤0.02℃),分辨率好(≤0.01℃),响应速度快(≤4s),功耗低(≤2μW),长期稳定性佳(≤0.01℃/年),不必使用A/D变换器,直接与计算机配合使用。该传感器已成功地应用在WY-J1型精密水晶温度仪中,并在某国防工程应用,效果满意。
A new type of quartz temperature sensor has been developed.It uses a flexural vibrating tuning-fork mode and a new cut with the name ZYTW 120°/8.5°.Its overall demension of encapsulated sensor is Φ3 mm×8 mm . The sensor operates over a wide range of temperature from -55 ~260 ℃.It has a higher precision better than 0.02 ℃,higher resolution than 0.01 ℃,higher response speed(≤4 s),small power consumption(≤2 μW) and better long-term-stability than 0.01 ℃/year.The sensor can be diretly used with a computer with A/D converter omitted. It has been successfully applied to hith precision instrument measuring temperature with the type WY-J1. The instrument has been applied to a national defense work.And it has been proved good.
