摘要
目的:寻找一种最佳的消解方法以测定海产品中的总砷。方法:分别以干法消化、湿法—干法消化、微波—干法消化3种消化方法原子荧光法测定海产品中总砷含量。结果:采用湿法—干法测定回收率最高,重现性最好,操作简便,方法可靠。结论:可以以湿法—干法作为海产品中总砷的消解方法。
Objective: To find out an optimum method of assimilation to determine total Arsenic from seafood.Method:To perform three assimilation methods,dry assimilation,wet-dry assimilation and microwave-dry assimilation to determine the total Arsenic by AFS.Results: The method of wet-dry assimilation can get the highest recovery,the best recurrence,while the operation is simple and the method is dependable.Conclusion:The method of wet-dry assimilation can be the preferred one to determine total Arsenic from seafood.
