摘要
目的:探讨急诊护士的工作疲渍感的原因,并提出干预对策。方法:采用Maslach工作表,通过问卷调查急诊护士150人(为观察组),普通病房护士150人(对照组),进行分析研究。结果:急诊护士的工作疲溃感中的情绪疲溃感、工作冷漠感、个人工作无成就感程度比普通病房护士均有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论:急诊护士面对特殊的工作环境、工作压力大,容易产生工作的疲溃感,因此,护士管理者和个人要采取有效防治工作疲溃感的措施.减轻工作疲溃感。从而提高护理质量。
Objective To inquire the reason of burnout among emergency nurses, and put forward interfering the countermeasure. Methods Adopting the Maslach work from, To analysis the burnout of the emergency nurses. It is carried on by questionnaire the 150 nurses of emergency(observative group)and the nurses of general ward(eoutrol group), Results The results shown that emergency nurses' burnout including the emotion exhaustion(EE), the depersonalization(DP) and the decreased personal accomplishment(PA) was higher than nurses of general ward, The difference was significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion The nurses of the emergency faces the special work environment and the work pressure, and crent the burnout easily, so nurses' managementer and the nurses should adopt the effective prevention and care measure. To raise the nursing quantity and reduce the burnout.
