摘要
目的对我院引进的Coulter Gen S五分类血液分析仪主要性能进行评价。方法用原装配套质控品和患者标本进行重复性、携带污染率、线性及白细胞分类等性能进行评价。结果白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)的平均批内精密度(CV)、总变异率(TCV)〈2%,血小板(PLT)的CV、TCV〈3%,携带污染率接近于0,参数线性相关系数r=0.988—0.998;白细胞分类与显微镜检查的相关性比较中性粒细胞r=0.988、淋巴细胞r=0.979、嗜酸性粒细胞r=0.912、嗜碱性粒细胞r=0.827、单核细胞r=0.856。结论我院引进的Coulter GEN S五分类血液分析仪主要指标良好,是临床实验室对全血标本的血细胞计数与分类有效筛检的全自动血液分析仪,可满足临床要求。
Objective To evaluate the major performance of the five categories Coulter Gen S hematol- ogy analyzer introduced in our hospital. Methods By matching with the original quality control materials and patient specimens, to evaluate the performance of repeatability, carrying contamination rate, linear and leukocyte classification. Results The mean intra-precision ( CV ) and total Mutation rate (TCV) of white blood cell ( WBC ) , hemoglobin (Hb) and mean corpuscle volume ( MCV ) were less than 2% , the CV and TCV of platelet (PLT) was less than 3%, carrying contamination rate was close to O, parameters of linear correlation coefficient r =0. 988-0. 998. With the correlation comparison of leukocyte classification and microscopic examination, r = 0. 988 in neutrophil,r =0. 979 in lymphocyte,r =0. 912 in eosinophil,r =0. 827 in basophil,r =0. 856 in monocyte. Conclusion The main performance of the five categories Coulter Gen S hematology analyzer introduced in our hospital were very good. It was full-automatic hematology analyzer which could be used in the effective screening of Blood cell count and classification of whole blood samples in clinical laboratory, and could meet clinical reauirement~.
