摘要
采用曝气生物滤池(BAF)工艺对太湖地区某印刷电路板(PCB)厂现有废水处理厂出水进行深度处理现场中试研究。结果表明,在进水平均COD、NH3-N、Cu质量浓度分别约为198.9、20.10、1.090 mg/L条件下,当进水流量为0.5 m3/h,气/水体积比为5∶1时,出水平均COD、NH3-N、Cu质量浓度分别约为23.2、1.56、0.098 mg/L,远低于太湖地区废水排放标准,达到1台设备"三重"处理效果,废水处理成本仅约为0.2元/t。BAF需定期反冲洗以防堵塞和Cu积累,反冲周期约为15天/次。
The biological aerated filter (BAF) process is applied in advanced treatment of printed circuit board (PCB) wastewater in Taihu area. The results show that under the conditions of the average influent mass concentration of COD,NH3-N and Cu is 198.9 rag/L,20, 1 mg/L and 1.09 mg/L,respectively,the inflow discharge of wastewater is 0. 5 m3/h,and the volume ratio of gas to water is 5: 1, the average effluent mass concentration of COD, NH3-N and Cu is 23.2 rag/L, 1.56 mg/L and 0. 098 mg/L. The effluent quality is for below the discharge standard of Taihu area. The cost of wastewater treatment is about 0. 2 RMB/t. To avoid from being plugged up and accumulation of Cu, BAF should be baekwashed 15 days a time.
