摘要
目的：了解某院门诊处方口服镇静催眠药的使用情况。方法：采用回顾性调查的方法,随机抽查某院门诊2008年4~7月口服镇静催眠药处方524张,采用限定日剂量（DDD）和药物利用指数（DUI）为指标,对处方进行分类统计、分析。结果：阿普唑仑、地西泮、苯巴比妥及氯硝西泮的DUI分别为0.88、0.69、0.83、1.86。结论：某院门诊处方口服镇静催眠药的使用基本合理,但个别药品存在滥用现象倾向。
Objective： To investigate the application of oral sedative hypnotics in outpatient prescriptions of our hospital. Methods： BY a retrospective study ,a total of 524 outpatient prescriptions of oral sedative hypnotics randomly selected from our hospital from April to July in 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of their DDDs and DUI. Results： The DUIs of Alprazolam tablets, Diazepam tablets, Phenobarbital and Clonazepam tablets were 0.88、0.69、0.83 and 1.86, respectively. Conclusion： The use of sedative hypnotics in our hospital is basically reasonable, yet the phenomenon of abuse can still be seen.
