对疾病预防控制中心(CDC)监控预警及指挥调度系统的需求进行了描述,对系统的功能结构进行了分析,阐述了疾病监控预警及指挥调度系统的具体实现方案,包括了所需的开发环境、所需的相关技术、数据采集、数据库设计、监控预警和指挥调度子系统设计以及最终的信息支持和决策系统设计的具体实现和功能,对建立该系统的理论模型和实施过程等进行了阐述。
The requirements of center for disease control and prevention （CDC） and monitoring, early-warning, command and dispatch System are introduced. The functional structure of the system is analyzed and the specific solution is described, including the realization and functions of necessary development environment, relative technologies, data requisition, database design, monitoring, early-warning, command and dispatch system design and the final information support and decision making system design. Meanwhile, the theoretical model and the implementation process for establishing such system is also introduced.
