摘要
根据设计阶段造价管理不力的现状,分析了在设计阶段应用价值工程进行造价管理存在的难点和误区,提出了基于价值工程原理进行设计阶段造价管理的新思路,探讨了以特征管理为主线的公共信息、功能特征、功能成本的设计阶段造价管理框架体系。
According to the poor status of cost management in design stage,this paper analyses the difficulties and misunderstanding in cost management in design stage by using VE,provides a new idea for cost management in de- sign stage based on VE,and then takes the characteristics management as the main line to discuss the cost manage- ment framework which is composed of public information,functional characteristics and functional costs in design stage.
