摘要
采用环流气浮分离技术对含Cu(Ⅱ)废水的处理进行了实验研究。环流气浮塔体积为1.5L,采用气升式内循环操作,在塔底装有经特殊表面处理的微孔气体分布器以产生微小而均匀的气泡。采用FeCl3为絮凝剂,十二烷基硫酸纳(SDS)为表面活性剂。考察了气速、pH、表面活性剂、絮凝剂浓度等因素对分离效果的影响规律,讨论了泡沫夹带对分离效果的影响,确定了最优的工艺条件,并对环流气浮塔和传统鼓泡塔进行对比研究。实验结果表明,在优化情况下,经10~15min气浮后,铜离子的去除率可达99%以上。
The experimental study on the removal of Cu(Ⅱ) from aqueous solution by adsorption flotation techniques in loop flotation column has been conducted. This column has a vertical draft tube and a porous gas sparger, which are specially designed. The effects of gas velocity, pH, surfactant adding rate, and the concentration of Fe(Ⅲ) on the removal efficiency were studied and the suitable operating conditions were determined. The experimental results indicate that the loop flotation column possesses obvious advantage over the conventional bubble flotation column in terms of the final removal efficiency and the reductioin rate of Cu(Ⅱ) and could be widely used in waste water treatment.
