摘要
采用RAPD技术分析了海南吊罗山产陆均松9个个体的遗传多样性.10个引物共检测了69个位点,其中多态位点23,占3330%.陆均松的个体间遗传距离平均值为01061,与罗汉松相比,陆均松的遗传多样性丰富,推测过度砍伐是造成陆均松渐危的原因.
The genetic diversity of 9 individuals of Dacydium pierrei from Diaoluo Mountain in Hainan province was investigated by RAPD. 10 primers from 3 Operon Kits (KitC, KitE and KitG) amplified 69 bands, of which 23 are polymorphic ones. The mean value of the genetic distances between the individuals of D pierre is 0 106 1.To compare with Podocarpus macrophyllus, the genetic diversity of D pierrei is much richer. It is postulated that over cutting is the main reason to make D pierrei dangerous.
