摘要
借用电子显微镜，对分离得到的８株苏云金芽孢杆菌噬菌体进行了形态学研究．发现这８株噬菌体的形态初步可分为５类，它们是“椭头长尾”型、“２０面体头长尾”型、“绣球状头长尾”型、“椭头短尾”型和“２０面体头钢尾”型．其中“绣球状头”型形态是不多见的一类结构，而“椭头短尾”
Morphology of 8 strains of phages of Bacillus thuringiensis was examined with electronic microscopy. Results showed that the shape of these 8 strains can be classified into 5 types. They consist of elliptical head and long tail、icosahedrion head and long tail、crackle head and long tail、elliptical head and short tail, and icosahedron head and elastic tail. It is thus clear that Bacillus thuringiensis , being related to the production of farm chemicals, could be infected with different shapes of phages.
