相变调温微胶囊的合成及其在皮革中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以在皮革中的应用为目标,制备了二氧化硅凝胶包覆十二醇的微囊,微囊的粒度主要分布在15~40μm范围内,颗粒大致为球形,比较均匀,储能密度为133.0J/g,包覆量为质量分数64.68%,包裹率为42.8%。试验证明应用到皮革中和空白皮样温差达到稳定的8℃。 For the application of micro - capsule phase - change materials to leather, the characteristics and preparation methods as well as special test methods for demonstrating characteristics of micro - capsule phase - change materials were described. Microcapsule with lauryl alcohol as contents coated by gel silica in size of 15 -40μm range was prepared. The sharp of particle was roughly spherical, with density of energy storing at 133.0J/g, coating contents at 64.68% , package rate at 42.8%. Experiments show that the temperature difference between the leather with microcapsules and the control is 8℃.
