三种蛋白酶对制革浸水应用效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用福林-酚试剂法分别对3种蛋白酶的活力进行测定,以浸水废液中蛋白质含量、羟脯氨酸含量和浸水后生皮的回软程度、黄心程度以及生皮的水分质量分数等分别作为指标,分别考察了3种蛋白酶对生皮蛋白质水解作用及对生皮胶原水解作用的差异,确定出适合于浸水工序的蛋白酶种类。将M-2蛋白酶与M-1蛋白酶复合制备FM-1蛋白酶,M-3蛋白酶与M-1蛋白酶复合制备FM-2,并将复合后的蛋白酶应用于浸水工序中,通过考察浸水后的各项指标,优选出更适合与M-1蛋白酶应用于制革浸水中的蛋白酶种类。结果表明:M-1、M-2、M-3蛋白酶的活力分别为26050、30176和80597u/g;M-1蛋白酶和M-3蛋白酶适合应用于浸水工序;FM-2复合蛋白酶应用于制革浸水中,具有较好的浸水效果。 Activities of three proteases was measured by Lowry respectively. The three proteases were applied in leather soaking process respectively. The protein content, hydroxyproline content in the waste liquor of soaking, the extent of softness and the extent of yellow streak were tested to ensure the species of protease. FM - 1 was prepared by using M - 2 and M - 1. FM - 2 was prepared by using M - 1 and M - 3. FM - 1 and FM - 2 were applied in leather soaking process respectively. The effect was studied by the same method. The results show that activities of M - 1, M - 2 and M - 3 proteases was 26 050u/g,30 176u/g and 80 597u/g respectively. M - 1, M - 3 and FM - 2 were suitable for leather soaking.
