摘要
目的:观察中长链脂肪酸食用油对不同体重指数高甘油三酯患者血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的影响。方法:采用随机对照临床研究,将112名高甘油三酯患者随机分为中长链脂肪酸食用油(MLCT)和长链脂肪酸食用油(LCT)2组,控制每日膳食摄入能量在7 140~7 560 kJ之间,实验油摄入25~30 g,持续8周。在试验开始和结束时测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、葡萄糖和尿酸含量。结果:11人退出试验,LCT组50人,MLCT组51人。试验前和试验期间两组相同体重指数(BMI)范围受试者之间,热能、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物摄入量及其占能量供给百分比与体力活动时间无显著性差异。8周后,食用中长链脂肪酸食用油超重高脂患者的血清TG和LDL-c降低程度明显大于长链脂肪酸食用油超重患者,而其他指标相同BMI两组之间无显著差异。结论:在合理膳食条件下,中长链脂肪酸食用油可显著降低超重高甘油三酯血症患者血中的LDL-c和TG浓度,而对血中胆固醇水平无显著影响。
Objective:To investigate the effects of diets rich in medium-and long-chain triacylglycerols(MLCT) on blood triglycerides(TG),total cholesterols(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in primary hypertriglyceridemic Chinese human with different BMI.Methods: A double-blind controlled clinical trial was carried out,in which 112 subjects with hypertriglyceridemia were enrolled and randomly allocated into two dietary oil groups: 1) long-chain triacylglycerol.2) medium-and long-chain triacylglycerol(MLCT).All subjects were asked to intake energy at 7 140~7 560 kJ and consume LCT or MLCT oil at 25~30 g daily and continue their normal activity levels during 8-week intervention period.Blood lipid profile of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterols(TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and blood biochemical variables of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glucose,uric acid(UA) were measured at the beginning and ending of the study.Results: Because of various reason there were 11 dropouts during study.There were 50 and 51 subjects left in LCT and MLCT group respectively.There were also no significant differences in daily intake of energy,protein,fat and carbohydrate,as well as the daily physical activity level between the two groups with the same BMI at 0 and 8 week during the study.In subjects with 24≤BMI28,the decreasing extent of blood triglyceride,LDL-C were greater in MLCT group than in LCT group after 8 week,but the difference in blood total cholesterol and other index are not significant between two groups with the same BMI.Conclusion: Consumption of medium-and long-chain triacylglycerol oil may not affect blood total cholesterol level,but decreased concentration of serum triglyceride and LDL-C in overweight hypertriacylglyceridemic subjects under an appropriate dietary regime.
