摘要
以玉美人薄皮甜瓜为试材,研究了嫁接对薄皮甜瓜耐贮性和贮藏期主要品质的影响。结果表明,在贮藏初期,嫁接果实发生缓慢的后熟作用,在贮藏后第4天才出现乙烯高峰,较自根果实推迟了2 d;脂氧合酶(LOX)活性变化与乙烯变化趋势一致。贮藏6 d以后,嫁接和自根果实的乙烯释放量和酶活性均降低。在贮藏初期,嫁接果实淀粉含量和果实硬度大于自根,果实失重率和含水量与自根相差不大,但在贮藏6 d后,含水量降低,失重率提高。贮藏期间,嫁接果实可溶性固形物和Vc含量低于自根,而有机酸含量始终高于自根。
The oriental sweet melon cultivar Yumeiren was used to study the effects of grafting on fruit storability and main quality during melon fruits storage stage.The results showed that grafted fruits were slow post ripening in early storage,ethylene peak presented at 4d after storage,which was two days later than own-rooted fruits,while the trend of lipoxydase(LOX) activity was keeping with ethylene change.After 6d storages,ethylene production and the LOX activity decreased in both grafted-and own-rooted-fruits.In early storage,starch content and fruit firmness of grafted-fruits were higher than own-rooted-fruits,fruit weight-loss and water content had no significant difference,but weight-loss increased and water content decreased in grafted-fruits after 6d storages.During the whole storage days,the soluble solid and vitamin C(Vc) content decreased,and organic acid content increased in grafted-fruits.
