摘要
通过人工干旱胁迫处理6种多浆植物,观测其抗旱天数、暂时萎蔫率及植株的形态变化,结合生理和形态指标的测定,表明八宝景天和露草的耐旱性形态表现及生理基础最好,佛甲草和细叶佛甲草其次,垂盆草和凹叶景天较差;离体叶片相对含水量、离体叶片失水率和离体叶片相对电导率能较灵敏地反映多浆植物的耐旱性,适宜用作耐旱性鉴定的指标。
Changes of drought tolerance days,temporary wilting rate,and morphorlogy in six succulents were observed under the artificial drought stress treatment,and physiological and morphological indexes were measured.The results indicated that Sedum spectabile and Atenia cordifolia had the best physiological and morphological performance,followed by Sedum lineare cv.and Sedum lineare,with the worst performance of Sedum sarmentosum and Sedum emarginatum.Leaf relative water content,water loss rate,and relative electric conductivity were sensitive in reflecting drought tolerance of succulents,thus,they can be used as suitable indexes in identification of drought tolerance in succulents.
