摘要
生态移民对于欠发达地区解决贫困、保护生态环境、开发利用国土资源、加快全面建设小康社会起到了重要的推动作用。本文以全国最大的生态移民区宁夏吴忠市红寺堡为例,在实地调查的基础上,界定了红寺堡跨越式发展的内涵,提出加快红寺堡区跨越式发展的建议,既可以进一步推动红寺堡生态移民区的跨越式发展,也可以对其他生态移民地区的发展提供经验借鉴和理论指导。
The ecology immigration regarding owes the de veloped local solution to be impoverished, the protection ecological environment,the development using the land resources,sped up the comprehensive construction affluent society to play the important promotion effect. This article take the national biggest ecology immigration area Ningxia Wuzhong Hongsibao as an example, in on-the-spot investigation foundation, has limited the Hongsibao leap frog development connotation,proposed that speeds up the Hongsibao area leap frog development the suggestion,may also further impel the Hongsibao ecology immigration area the leap frog development,may also provide the experience to other ecology immigration area development to use for reference with the theory instruction.
