摘要
以引自美国的禾本科牧草高山早熟禾(Poaaalpine)、俄罗斯野麦(Elymus junceus)、无芒冰草(Agropyroninerme)等5个草种为研究材料,分别通过人工控制水分和温度胁迫处理后测定其脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果表明,脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量在水分胁迫下随胁迫加剧而持续增加,温度胁迫下先增加后降低;SOD活性在水分胁迫下持续增加,温度胁迫下呈增加-降低-增加的变化趋势;MDA含量在水分胁迫下持续增加,温度胁迫下仅高山早熟禾增加显著(P<0.05),其余草种变化均不显著。运用隶属函数法综合评价各牧草的抗旱性和抗寒性,得出其抗旱性强弱顺序为俄罗斯野麦>高山早熟禾>爱达荷冰草(Goldar)>爱达荷冰草(Secar)>无芒冰草;抗寒性强弱顺序为高山早熟禾>俄罗斯野麦>爱达荷冰草(Secar)>无芒冰草>爱达荷冰草(Goldar)。
Using Poa aalpine,Elymus junceus,Agropyron inerme,Agropyron inerme(Secar) and Agropyron inerme(Goldar) as experimental materials,the dynamic variation of proline,soluble protein,malonaldehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the different grass species were investigated in different growth phases treatments under water and temperature stress condition.The results indicated that for all the materials,the variations of proline and soluble protein content continually increased with aggravated water stress,increasing firstly and then decreasing with temperature stress the variations of SOD content continually increased with water stress and assumes the change tendency of increase-reduce-increase appeard under temperature-controlled condition;the variations of MDA content continually increased with water stress,only in Poa aalpine MDA content increased obviously under temperature-controlled condition and the others the change was not remarkable.At last,using fuzzy mathematics method,the drought resistance ability of those gramineous grass species was evaluated as Elymus junceusPoa aalpineAgropyron inerme(Goldar)Agropyron inerme(Secar)Agropyron inerme,the cold resistance ability of those gramineous grass species was evaluated as Poa aalpineElymus junceusAgropyron inerme(Secar)Agropyron inermeAgropyron inerme(Goldar).
