摘要
目的:探讨老年腹部手术合并糖尿病的围手术期处理。方法:对腹部手术的72例老年糖尿病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:急诊手术44例,择期及限期手术28例,患者围手术期血糖控制在6.1～11.1mmol/L,无手术死亡,无严重并发症,所有病例顺利渡过围手术期,均痊愈出院。结论:加强围手术期处理,合理运用胰岛素,严格控制血糖,选择合理的手术方式及麻醉方式,合理使用抗生素,有效的营养支持,是治疗成功的关键。
0bjective：To investigate the perioperative management experience in the elderly abdominal surgery with diabetes mellitus.Methods：The recent three years＇ clinical data of abdominal surgery of 72 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results：There were emergency operations in 44 cases,selecting operations and deadline operations in 28 cases. The perioperative blood glucose was controlled in 6.1～11 mmol/L. No operative death and no serious complications occurred,all cases were cured smoothly through the perioperative period and left hospital.Conclusion：Strengthening perioperative management,reasonable use of insulin,strict controlling blood glucose,selecting the reasonable operation mode and anesthesia,reasonable use of antibiotics and effective nutritional support are the keys to successful therapy.
