摘要
目的:探讨泸州市市区初中学生视力不良发病及影响因素。方法:采取分层整群抽样方法对市区4所中学一、二年级共1213例初中学生进行视力检查与无记名问卷调查。结果:1107例初中学生总视力不良患病率为65.94%,一年级视力不良率63.34%,二年级视力不良率77.45%;男生视力不良率62.52%,女生视力不良率为69.1%。结论:初二学生视力不良率高于初一,女生视力不良率高于男生;遗传因素、眼部疾患对于视力不良的发生均有影响。
Objective：To understand the incidence rate and its influencing factors of poor eyesight among junior middle school students in the urban of Luzhou City.Methods：A total of 1213 iunior middle school students of grade 1 and 2 in 4 junior middle schools in the urban area were selected by stratified cluster sampling.All anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among them.Results：The total prevalence rate of poor eyesight was 65.94%.And the prevalence rates of grade 1 and 2 was 63.34% and 77.45% respectively,and were 62.52% and 69.1% of male and female respectively.Conclusion：The prevalence rate of poor eyesight of grade 2 was higher than that of grade 1,the prevalence rate of poor eyesight of female students was higher than that of male.The incidence rate of poor eyesight could be influenced by heredity and eyes affection.
