摘要
采用敞开式TBM施工的隧道,一般是在TBM掘进贯通后再进行二次衬砌。在南疆吐库二线铁路中天山特长隧道工程施工中,开发并成功地应用了敞开式TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工技术,缓解了本工程工期压力,解决了同步衬砌与TBM掘进施工相互干扰问题,开创了敞开式TBM施工的新模式。文章从衬砌台车选型设计、道岔选择与布置、TBM施工用管线穿行及施工通讯等几个方面,阐述了中天山特长隧道敞开式TBM掘进与二次衬砌同步施工的关键技术和总体施工方案,可为今后类似工程施工及决策提供参考。
Secondary lining is normally casted after TBM bored through.However,technology of synchronous open-type TBM boring and secondary lining casting has achieved successful application in Tianshan extra-long tunnel in order to solve the problem of interference of excavation and lining and to ease the pressure of construction period.This paper describes the synchronous technology in detail,particularly for the design of lining jumbo,the selection and arrangement of turnouts,the access of pipelines and communications in the TBM excavation.A new model of the construction by using open-type TBM has been pioneered.This paper may provide experience for decision-making of similar projects in the future.
