高速光纤拉曼测温的数据采集系统

摘要 为解决目前传感系统中信号处理系统实时性差的问题,应用新型的可编程器件和DSP器件实现分布式光纤温度传感信号的高速采集和实时处理。系统以新型的DSP器件BF533为控制核心,应用可编程器件FPGA对斯托克斯和反斯托克斯原始信号进行高速采集和并行数据处理,预处理结果由DSP进行精确的数值计算。系统具有USB数据存储和液晶显示功能,还可通过高速网络接口将测量数据发送到监控计算机。实验结果表明:该系统测量速度快、测温精度高,可实现高性能的温度测量。 The attempt to improve the real-time signal processing system in the current sensing system results in a system capable of high-speed acquisition and real-time processing of distributed fiber optic temperature sensing signal based on application of new programmable devices and DSP.This system with the new device DSP BF533 as the cybernetics core allows high-speed acquisition and parallel data processing of the Stokes and anti-Stokes original signal by using programmable devices FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Arrays),followed by a accurate numerical calculation of the pre-processing using the DSP.The system has the function of USB data storage and LCD and it can send measurement data to the monitor computer by high-speed network interface.Experimental results show that the proposed system,capable of higher measuring speed and more accurate measurement gives a higher performance temperature measurement.
