摘要
方解石是一种用途十分广泛的碳酸盐类矿物。本实验采用实验型SDF砂磨机为湿法超细研磨设备,考察分散剂的品种及用量、矿浆浓度和研磨时间对方解石超细研磨效果的影响,并采用数学回归方法研究了磨矿动力学方程。结果表明,方解石湿法超细研磨的适宜工艺条件为:分散剂采用六偏磷酸钠,用量为方解石质量的0.5%,矿浆浓度为55%,研磨时间为90min;方解石湿法超细研磨的动力学方程为:y(x,t)=1-[1-y(x,0)]e(-0.01921t-0.09363)。
Calcite is one kind of carbonate minerals which can be widely used in industries.The effects of the kind and dosage of dispersant,pulp density and grinding time to wet ultra-fi ne grinding of calcite with the experimental SDF sand mill were studied and the grinding dynamic equation by means of mathematical regression methods were adopted.The results showed that the proper conditions of ultra-fi ne grinding of calcite were as following: the hexametaphosphate was used as the dispersant,and consumption of dispersant was 0.5%,pupl concentration was 55%,grinding time was 90 minutes.The dynamic equation of wet ultra-fi ne grinding of calcite was y(x,t)=1-[1-y(x,0)]e^(-0.01921t-0.09363).
