摘要
针对某航空企业馆藏档案和技术资料分离管理的现状,将两者整合为17大类。针对档案处与各资料点分散管理的实际情况,优化了管理流程,提出建立中央数据库、统一由档案处进行档案数据管理的思路。鉴于新机型新产品的开发会产生新的档案资料,为了能够满足档案管理动态性、可扩展性的要求,在数据库设计过程中建立了能够反映全局逻辑观点的数据库统一表结构——即系统数据字典,以及应对档案类型扩展的程序集——存储过程。在此基础上,基于面向对象技术,采用统一建模语言设计了数据库。
According to the status that archives and the technological files are managed independently, the office procedure of traditional archives and technological files are integrated into 17 classes. Then, a central archives database is proposed to manage the archive data which overcame the disadvantage because of the separation between the archive department and each branch. In order to ensure the dynamic and expansible ability of the database, the systematic data dictionary is developed to represent the uniform structure of the table and, the storing procedure is developed to expand the archive class. Based on these, the central archives database is designed and constructed by the unified modeling language (UML).
