摘要
本文采用不同大小的聚乙烯薄膜袋贮藏青椒。自然降氧调节袋中的气体或成分含量。结果表明,青椒在小袋中的保鲜效果优于大袋中。
Some small and big PE bags were used to store green peper, the content of the composition of the gases in the bag was regulated by reducing oxygen naturally. The results showed that the effect with small bag was better than that of with big bag.
