摘要
YB25型软盒包装机在生产过程中,由于凸轮安装产生的误差,造成2号轮推烟杆和3号轮接烟杆在推送铝箔纸烟包时运动不同步,其夹持烟包的间隙变化较大,使烟包与商标纸之间产生滑移,导致商标纸包装错位。为此,对铝箔纸烟包"2"进"3"的传送运动进行了改进,即对凸轮外圆定位孔孔位和安装凸轮定位工装进行了改进。改进后的凸轮和工装安装于10台YB25型软盒包装机上,结果表明:2,3推杆间隙由原来的最大1 mm降至0.3 mm以内,解决了推、接烟杆夹持铝箔纸烟包与商标纸在行进过程中间隙变化较大的问题,避免了烟包与商标纸间的滑移,以及商标纸包装错位等现象的产生,烟包包装质量明显提高。
In YB25 soft packer,the assembling error of cam affects the synchronization of foil packet transfer between the No.2 and No.3 wheels due to wide fluctuation range of clamping clearance,which results in the staggered label wrapping.The location of setting holes and fixtures for cam setting were improved and applied to 10 YB25 soft packers.The results indicated that the clamping clearance between the No.2 and No.3 pushers was reduced from 1mm to less than 0.3mm and the packing quality of cigarette packet was improved obviously.
