摘要
针对目前国内执法监察工作存在精度低、内外业比对脱节、效率低等问题,本文利用GML技术支持多源异构数据之间的交换特点,建立了一个采用手持机在室外现场核查采集疑似违法违规用地数据,并将核查信息实时回传给室内监控中心的土地执法监察系统,实现了高精度、高效率地实时土地执法督察。
Low precision, the disjunction of Field Surveying and interior work, and low efficiency exist in supervising system for law enforcement of land utilization in China. Aiming at the above problems, making use of GML (Geography Markup Language), a supervising system of land utilization is designed, which supports the sharing of heterogeneous spatial data. The status quo of land utilization in outdoor can be supervised, and once it is found that the land use lawbreaking, the PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)can be applied to take photo and obtain evidence, then send all these message to the system of monitoring center indoor. The system realized the real time supervising for law enforcement of land utilization with high precision and high efficiency.
