摘要 上颌窦外提升术是一种用来增加上颌骨后牙区域垂直方向骨量的手术方法，它通过颊侧前庭沟切口在直视情况下，分离上颌窦底黏膜，在上颌窦底黏膜与骨质之间增加骨质高度来满足种植体植入的需要。在上颌后牙区域，由于其特殊的解剖结构。不仅使种植体难以获得初期稳定性，种植体也容易穿破上颌窦黏膜．
