摘要
以田间杨树对溃疡病菌抗性调查为基础,通过接种溃疡病菌分别测定6种杨树无性系愈伤组织与抗病相关的4种酶(POD、SOD、CAT、APX)活性,以评价6种杨树的抗病性。结果发现:杨树愈伤组织被溃疡病菌侵染后,4种酶活性都呈上升趋势,其中POD活性上升最为明显,APX活性变化最小;不同无性系表现不一;田间调查抗性较强的品种与对照相比,其相关抗氧化酶活性变化幅度较大,酶峰值出现较早。
Based on a field investigation of the disease-resistance of poplar,six varieties of poplar callus were selected and inoculated by the canker pathogen Dothiorella gregaria Sacc.The disease resistance of poplar callus was tested and the activities of four antioxidases related to disease resistance,i.e.POD, SOD,CAT and APX,were measured in order to evaluate the disease resistance of poplar.After infection by the canker pathogen,the activities of the four enzymes in the poplar callus all increased,of which the activity of POD increased significantly,while that of APX varied but slightly.The increases varied among the different poplar varieties.Compared with the control group,the varieties with stronger resistance in the field had higher enzyme activities,and the peaks of enzymes appeared earlier.
