摘要
根据相似理论,建立物理模型来测量结晶器内液面波动及渣金界面发生卷渣时的临界拉速。通过傅立叶变换和谱分析理论,分析结晶器液面波动对卷渣的影响,确定对卷渣产生主要影响的波动频率范围。
A hydrodynamic model is built to study the behaviors of slag-metal interface based on the similarity theory,then Fourier transformation method and spectrum analysis method are introduced to study the effect of interfacial fluctuation rules to slag entrapment,then estimate the range specifically.
