摘要
根据《城市地价动态监测体系技术规范》的要求,遵循城市地价监测体系建立的原则和方法,以各类土地定级估价资料为基础,在此次克拉玛依市城区土地价格调查的工作范围内,分别布设商业、住宅、工业3种用地类型的地价监测点,并根据估价规程的要求求算地价,建立起以地价监测点为核心的城市地价动态监测体系。
