摘要
为了培养创新型工程师,我校在现有的工程教育基础上,引进了基于CDIO的人才培养模式,在培养方案、项目设计和师资队伍建设等方面进行了初步探索,并取得了一定成果。
In order to train innovation engineers,the CDIO personnel training pattern has been introduced to my university on the existing engineering education foundation.The training program,the project design and the teacher-groop construction has been carried on the desk study,and certain progresses have been made.
