摘要
苏州中润广场主楼地上42层,为B级高度的钢筋混凝土高层建筑,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。由于建筑造型及功能要求,核心筒在28层核心筒由18.2 m×19.9 m收为12 m×19.9 m,另外南北两侧框架柱从30层以上变为斜柱。结合国家规范、场地安全性评价报告、专家咨询意见以及主楼超限情况,重点介绍了主楼地震动参数的取值,以及基于结构性能设计采取的措施和对策。
The main building of Suzhou Zhongrun Square has 42 floors upground,which is a grade-B mega-high-rise building with frame-corewall structural system.Considering the requirements of architectural style and function,corewall changed from 18.2 m×19.9 m to 12 m×19.9 m in plane,and columns at the side of south and north changed to oblique columns above 30th floor.According to UDC,the safety evaluation of site and suggestions of experts aimed at irregular structures,key issures are introduced,including the determination of seismic parameters and measures based on the design of structural performance.
