摘要
对济源钢铁三座高炉炉缸堆积事故的处理进行了总结。由于入炉原燃料中钛负荷高,在年修结束后复风过程中造成高炉群发性炉缸堆积事故,炼铁厂减产近8万吨铁,公司损失巨大。通过配加锰矿洗炉,获得成功,并对以后的炉况处理积累经验。
It is the summary for disposal of hearth accumulation of the three BFs in Jiyuan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.Because of titanium burden higher in raw materials fules,it caused hearth accumulation of the three BFs in Jiyuan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd after annual overhaul.It was feasible to adding manganese ore for disposing hearth accumulation of the BFs.
