摘要
利用气相色谱仪分析液态C4烯烃时,采用气体或液体进样阀将定量的样品导入仪器中。选用气体进样阀,必须在其前面连接汽化装置或采用单独的汽化装置预先将样品汽化,汽化装置有水浴汽化、小量液态样品的完全汽化等。如果选用液体进样阀,进样装置有手动液体进样阀、气动液体进样阀等。其中,液体进样阀操作简便,安全可靠,能够满足进样要求。
The method, gas or liquid injection valve to introduce size - prescribed sample into GC instrument was used in the chromatographic analysis of liquid C4 olefins. When the gas injection valve was used,it was necessary to connect a pre - vaporizing device or use a separated vaporizing device to vapor- ize the liquid sample first. The usual vaporizing devices included water bath, the vaporizing device of small- size liquid sample and etc. When the liquid injection valve was used, the usual injection devices included manual liquid rotary sampling valve, high pressure injection device with pneumatic actuator, the pressurized liquid injection system and etc. Among those injection devices, the liquid rotary sampling valve was a simple, safe and reliable one, and which could satisfy the requirements of representative sampling.
