摘要
通过螺杆组合设计,考察了反向螺纹元件、密炼转子对苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)聚/丙烯(PP)弹性体材料的力学性能、微观形态结构的影响。研究结果表明:通过设计螺杆组合,在适应于塑料加工的双螺杆组合中增加捏合块,引入密炼转子,可使SEBS/PP弹性体材料的拉伸性能、回弹性能等有明显的改善。通过力学性能与结构表征,证明了密炼转子模块对SEBS与PP均匀共混加工的作用。
This paper studied the effect on the mechanical properties and micro-morphological structure of the styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer/polypropylene(SEBS/PP)caused by reverse screw element and the mixing rotor through design of screw combination.Through the design of the screw combination,the results showed that the tensile properties and the rebound performance of the elastic material SEBS/PP were improved obviously when the kneading blocks was increased and the mixing rotor was introduced in to the twin screw combination.The effect of the mixing rotor on the homogenizing blend SEBS with PP was proved by the characterization of the structure and the mechanical properties.
